Parking Information
1. One Riverwalk Place (ORP) Garage – On-Site
Cost: $4 per hour
Visitors may park in any unnumbered parking space
Please do not park in numbered/reserved spaces
Parking validation is not currently available. We will share updates if this changes.
2. UTSA SW Lots 4 & 5
Available only when guest parking permits (scratch-off or on-dash permits) are provided
First-come, first-served basis
Parking availability is not guaranteed
3. Convent Parking Garage – Across the Street
Entrance: 608 N. St. Mary’s Street
Managed by ACE Parking (24-hour facility)
Estimated parking rates:
Approximately $4 per hour
Up to $15 per day
Approximately $10 when entering after 5:00 p.m.
4. Street Parking
Available on surrounding downtown streets
Estimated rates: approximately $1.80–$2.50 per hour
Maximum parking duration is typically 2 hours
