MacKenzie Restoration, Inc. is a full-service restoration firm that has helped clients restore their properties after disasters since 1983. The company provides emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Their emergency services include water damage mitigation, fire and smoke damage, mold and biohazard remediation, board-up and tarp services, complete reconstruction, national catastrophe response and mitigation services and more. MacKenzie provides quick and efficient service for residential, commercial and industrial properties.

John MacKenzie is the president of the professional contracting firm. The original company name was MacKenzie Roofing and Remodeling, but recognizing their potential for long-term growth in the restoration market, they changed to their name to MacKenzie Restoration, Inc. The company’s General Manager, Joshua Bachman, participated in the Building Business Excellence Program offered through the SA SBDC. While in the program, Mr. Bachman worked with Richard Sifuentes, Senior Certified Business Advisor, to prepare a strategic growth plan for the company. Mr. Bachman and Mr. MacKenzie worked with Richard on focusing the growth potential of the restoration market. The company has achieved some noteworthy milestones which include being selected as a member of Disaster Kleenup International (DKI), a prestigious contractor network. They also expanded their service offerings to include water mitigation. They are a perennial force in San Antonio and have the resources and expertise to handle any project, large or small.
