Kyle Gish, Owner, Dustless Air Filter Company
Dustless Air Filter Company is a full-service supplier of air filter products servicing Texas with locations in San Antonio and Houston. With over 12,000 sq ft of warehouse space between the two locations, the company stocks over 25,000 filters, both standard and non-standard sizes. If they do not carry the size you need, they will manufacture a custom air filter (or modify an existing one) to the size you need. The company provides filters for residential, HVAC contractors, commercial customers and government entities.
The company was founded in 1941. Kyle Gish is the current president of Dustless Air Filter Company.
A few years ago, Mr. Gish recognized that he needed to acquire additional management skills to help him operate the business at its highest potential. He enrolled in the Entrepreneurial Growth Program (now called Building Business Excellence) through the San Antonio SBDC. Mr. Gish successfully completed the intensive leadership program and attributes much of his business’ success to the program. Last year, Mr. Gish wanted to add an additional building to the San Antonio location, so he contacted SA SBDC Senior Certified Business Advisor, Mike Reyes, for assistance. Mike provided guidance on developing a business plan and preparing a loan package to present to the bank. In July 2009, Mr. Gish was approved for several loans and was able to expand his business, create three new jobs, and retain nine existing jobs.
