The UTSA Small Business Development Center has joined forces with the private sector to bring San Antonio small businesses a unique new Building Business Excellence program. The SBDC is partnering with Holt Development Services, Inc. (A Division of the HOLT CAT) and Ed Guerrero, CPA to conduct a two-week intensive strategic leadership program designed to support established, strong companies to achieve even more growth. The expertise of the SBDC Business Advisors, along with the knowledge of our facilitators is a powerful combination to increase your company's growth.
HOLT CAT has grown from a $ 263 million dollar company to a nearly $1 billion dollar company since implementing their Values Based Leadership model 20 years ago. They quadrupled their revenues and averaged a 7% annual growth rate.
Holt Development Services, Inc. and Ed Guerrero, CPA are working exclusively with the UTSA SBDC on this program which is not available elsewhere. Only one firm for a particular industry group will be selected to participate in the BBE program, as competing firms cannot attend the same session.
