Follow up to “Restaurant Start-up” workshop. Writing a business plan for a restaurant is imperative. Design a plan that is attractive to your investors, stakeholders, and yourself by including marketing, financial projections, strategies and contingencies that will differentiate your eatery from your competition. This class is designed for those planning to start a new restaurant and for owners who have yet to write a business plan. “Restaurant Business Planning” will help owners to convey a vibrant and crisp description and strategy to get the restaurant in full swing. The advisors will share the mistakes and successes of local restaurant owners.
